Hi, I'm Faisal — and I genuinely love what I do.

I've spent 15+ years working at the intersection of technology and business — helping organisations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region find the right platforms and make the most of them. Not just closing deals, but building relationships that last well beyond the contract.

My career has taken me through some incredible companies — Sitecore, Salesforce, Mavenlink — and each chapter has deepened my understanding of what enterprise teams actually need versus what vendors typically sell them. I care about getting that gap right.

I grew up in New Zealand, call Melbourne home, and speak English and Bangla. I like people, I like solving hard problems, and I'm always up for a good conversation — whether that's about digital experience technology or just a coffee recommendation in the CBD.
